I started in IT support, where the job is staying calm while someone's work is stuck. Five years of helpdesk, desktop support and infrastructure taught me how real systems fail: accounts, networks, hardware, and the people using them.
Now I'm taking that into the cloud. I'm following a structured roadmap to the Azure Administrator (AZ-104) certification, with Cloud Engineer as the goal, and I build hands-on Azure and networking labs along the way.
